What is Inspired Living?

Is it a Noun or a Verb?  What is it?

You have seen our sign, read our newsletters, bypassed our Facebook site, maybe you have attended one of our many events or even been in for an adjustment. But I bet you have never stopped and asked yourself—-What is Inspired Living? Is it a noun? Is it a verb? What is it?

Before I get too far into that, I wanted to take a moment and reconnect with you and apologize. You see the last issue that I actually wrote was December of last year. It seems that after writing these every month since November 2008 I had gotten frustrated in wondering if anyone was even reading them. My frustration lead to paralysis of all activity aside from adjustments. I had forgotten the purpose of Inspired Living and lost what was and what it is I was attempting to create in people’s lives—-A life of ‘Inspired Living’.  So what is ‘Inspired Living’ you ask?  What is the vision that I had had for myself and the community of people that  I humbly serve?

There are what I call the  “9 elements to Inspired Living.”  Each one is fundamental in the creation of a healthier YOU and a healthier world.  If any of these elements are lacking or void in your life, you will by definition not be living a life that is inspired NOR inspiring to others.  Not to overwhelm you, I will simply state the elements here and over the upcoming months break down each element so that you can begin implementing them into your life.

The 9 Elements to Inspired Living

  1. A Purpose Bigger than Yourself.
  2. Choose to eat for LIFE
  3. Movement for LIVING
  4. Positive & Uplifting Relationships
  5. Charitable of Time & Resources
  6. Faith in THE Source
  7. Enjoys Life
  8. An Attitude of Gratitude
  9. Ensures Proper Brain & Body Connection

Until next month:

Dusty, I was once inspired by you, but I myself fell off the bandwagon. I stopped a few months after rebuild a temple. I realized I just couldn't go on without your cardio workouts. YOU were my inspiration. I beg you to consider inspiring me again and our community by hosting a once a week cardio workout so that I may get back to BEing the me I know I can. I know I would gladly pay to attend your work outs as others would too!
