Your doctor is prepared to help you participate in your own health by providing a comprehensive health care questionnaire, completing a full chiropractic evaluation including a posture assessment, spine palpation, as well as a state-of-the-art Neuro-Spinal Scan. These scans are used to detect any interference on your nervous system. This technology is certified by the Space Foundation and has been used on NASA shuttle missions to evaluate the impact of space on astronauts’ nervous system.

For your convenience, prior to your first visit to Inspired Living Chiropractic, please complete the following applicable New Patient Intake Form & Healthcare Questionnaire and bring it with you to your visit:

What you should expect at Inspired Living Chiropractic:

You will be asked to complete a health care questionnaire that will allow us to uncover previous and current health challenges as well as get an overview of your lifestyle.
You will watch a brief and powerful video that will explain in more detail what the doctor will be looking for in your health evaluation and assessment.
We will review your health questionnaire with you and gather any additional information we need to address your current health problems or concerns.
The doctor will do a full chiropractic evaluation on you that will include a posture assessment to determine any postural imbalances that can create stress on your body. The doctor will also do a palpation of your spine to uncover areas of subluxations—misalignments of the spine that may cause interference on your nervous system and cause a lower state of health.
You will receive a state-of-the-art Neuro-Spinal Scan to detect any interferences on your nervous system. It will evaluate imbalances in the muscles and how your autonomic nervous—organ function—is working. The scans will allow us to detect interferences that you are not even feeling—because only 10% of the nervous system perceives pain. This technology is certified by the Space Foundation and has been used on NASA shuttle missions to evaluate the impact of space on astronauts’ nervous systems.
If appropriate, we will then take spinal x-rays; these are a very important tool to detect effects of subluxation decay (arthritis) in the spine. The x-rays will provide a blueprint of your spine and will help us decide on the best type of care for you.
It is very important for us that you understand the findings of your exam. On your second visit you will receive a truly enlightening doctor’s report that will explain the meaning of our findings and the impact they may have on your health and wellness.
The doctor will then review your findings with you individually. It will astound you how much you learn about yourself. Knowledge is power! You will be educated on the short and long term effects of subluxation and offered choices of care.

After having completed the first visit, consisting of consultation, examination and x-ray (if needed), your doctor has taken the time to thoroughly review your findings and is now prepared to help you participate in your own health by answering four main questions:

Can we help?

Your doctor is highly trained to determine whether or not your condition is one that chiropractic can help. If we can we will tell you that. If not, we will tell you that too. If necessary, we work openly with other healthcare professionals to assure you receive the appropriate care.

What is causing my problem?

We will summarize your exam findings, go over your x-rays, explain the computer analysis and explain to you, in words you understand, what we believe to be causing your health condition.

How long will it take?

The duration of care depends upon how long your body and nervous system has not been functioning optimally, past injuries (if any), and your health goals. It is truly different for each individual. We will give you estimates based upon other practice members with similar health conditions.

How much will it cost?

Each of us has the freedom to place a different value on our health. Ultimately, good health is about personal responsibility. While an insurance company or other third party may be helpful, be careful. Don't allow a profit-motivated company to make decisions about what you do with your health. We will be straight forward with you on the cost of care. Practice members in our clinic are happy to find out that our rates are reasonable and very affordable, whether you have insurance coverage or not (in fact, most of our patients don't have insurance).

After the doctor completely answers all of your questions, we will complete your financial arrangements. Your first adjustment, should you decide to start care, will occur immediately after the results of your examination have been given and financial arrangements have been made.

As long as you choose to be a practice member at Inspired Living Chiropractic, you will receive the most current information regarding health and wellness issues in order to make informed decisions regarding your and your family's heath care.
